Get The Look: Royal Regime
This will be a quick walk through just going over eyes and lips because the rest of my face is the same steps and products as always. The product of Honor today is the Anastasia Beverlly Hills Shadow Couture Palette. I've been using it for the last few Get The Looks including Fall Fauxliage, Blue Statement Eyes, and of course this one Royal Regime. The lipstick shown here is Mac Cyber.
First things first, I placed tape on the outside of my eyes creating an angle for an extended shadow/wing, and crisp clean lines. Primed and set my eyes before going in with the shade Soft Peach on a Sigma E35 Tapered Blending Brush. Next I used the shade Noir which is the blackest black and using a Sigma E45 brush (one of my favorite brushes,) tapped off the excess to avoid shadow fall out and created the extended shadow wing. I feathered it into the crease but very lightly so it wasn't as black as it could be. On a flat brush I took the shade Metallic and packed that onto my lid before blending it again with a Sigma E25 blending brush. The eyeliner used is my holy grail eyeliner Sigma Gel liner in 77 with the Sigma E06 Winged Liner Brush while still against the tape for an ultra clean line. The lashes on top are House of Lashes in Fairy Noir Black which have a very dramatic lashes in the outer corner complimenting the extended eye look. To line the inner rim of my eye I used Inglot Gel Liner in the shade 84 which is a bright yellow shade and set it with the Metallic shadow used on the lid. Bottom smoke out was the color Noir as well with a e.l.f. smudger brush.
Like I said above, the lipstick worn here is Mac Cyber which is a very dark purple shade. I wasn't sure how the dramatic eye and lip would look together, but took a chance and it paid off. Let me know what you Glam's think of this look, and any other looks you want me to go over in the comments below.
