I REALLY struggle to find sports bras that work with me. What I mean by this is something that is supportive enough for my girls (34DDD) but also that still lets my skin breathe. My #1 issue with most sports bra's is because they aren't breathable fabric I develop like a rash or gross looking bumps where the sports bra was touching my body. This happens if I am working out in it, or just lounging around not wanting to wear a real bra. So because I can't find my unicorn of sports bras yet, I am very picky when it comes to them. I have the gray heather print one in a medium which was actually perfect. I mentioned above I struggle with sports bras and if I go too big then it doesn't fit on the band and all sorts of movement and no support happens. The medium is perfect because my rib cage would be too small for the large size. This is a compression sports bra so it does flatten you out and make you seem smaller (which in my case is not a problem I looked normal!) It is a medium support bra. Medium support sports bras are good for moderate hiking, skiing, and road cycling. I would definitely say it is as supportive as it claims for those activites. However if I stand there and jump to check how supportive it is, it's pretty good but not perfect and obviously if you are jumping, doing aerobics, or running you want a high support which this bra is not. It is a double thin fabric (which scared me it has no padding) but it is still thick enough to prevent any showing of your you-know-whats. This is one of the first sports bras that my skin does not react to so A+ to C9 and Target for this quality product that in my opinion, out ranks even the most expensive boutique brand sports bras.
