The bottles and packaging is so cute. The box has a reflective pink mirror like surface wrapped with the printed ribbon and sealed with a 3D wax inspired stamp. The bottles are both cut like a multi faceted diamonds. The Precious Oil is the full sized bottle and has a top you unscrew to use as a dropper. This design should be fool proof super simple to use right? Well go ahead and take a look at the amount of empty space in the container. That is because after applying a drop on my wrist, it started rolling off about to fall on the ground so I turned to try and save it and rub my wrists together. Well smart move Bri because I spilled SO MUCH OF THIS OIL EVERYWHERE! I even tried using my makeup mixing spatula to drag the spilled product back into the bottle but I just made a bigger mess. Luckily it smells nice so my room is incredibly fragrant. The smaller perfume bottle is sample size but works just like a typical little spritzer and has a protective cap to prevent any product waste. Both liquids are light pink in color.
This is the same scent as the famous Flowerbomb perfume but I feel like in oil form it's like magnified. Layer it on your pulse points and it literally last all day and even into the next day. The top notes are tea and bergamot. The middle/heart tones are sambac jasmine, cattleya orchid, ballerina freesia bloom, and centifolia rose. The base note is patchouli. It is a flowery scent that is very bold as far as floral scents go and has a little bit of musk to it. It also smells a bit like vanilla but overall is a warm floral scent with a kick. Although it has rose tones in it, it does not smell like old grandma perfume. Overall it is a little too floral for my taste but it IS CALLED FLOWERBOMB FOR A REASON!
I got sent the new UNRELEASED Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Precious Oil and their classic perfume free for testing purposes. I did not receive compensation for this post. You can buy it from Sephora HERE for $75 and the perfume HERE $85-$248 depending on size.
